Buttercream Cake
Cakes will be freshly baked the day before your event. Every tier cake has 4 layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling. They are filled and finished the night before the event in order to ensure that the structure of the cake will be strong enough for delivery or collection.
We use an Italian meringue buttercream as it has the best of taste and smoothness. However, this buttercream should remain in the fridge and is best consumed within 1-2 hours once removed from the fridge.
Portion size is “finger size” measuring 1″x1″x6″
